1. Love my Kate Spade gold polka dot planner- I'm old fashioned and still love a paper planner.
2. Chevron print notebook from Target - I'm a major list maker, so a notebook is a must.
3. Confession...I'm not the healthiest of eaters, but having snacks in my bag helps. I always love a Nutrilite Bodykey bar or pack of mixed nuts for protein.
4. It's tough getting in those recommended 8 glasses of water daily- so keep it on you at all times. I not only take my Camelback water bottle to the gym but keep it full & with me all day long.
5. Sunnies. I love them all. This pair from Charming Charlie's is super chic and super cheap.
6. Rhodiola- also a Nutrilite product which is an all natural supplement to boost energy and alertness! I always take 20 minutes before my workouts or when I'm hitting the afternoon sleepies.
7. Loving Evian facial spray. Helps hydrate skin midday and also sets your make-up!
8. Dry shampoo is everything. Give limp hair a refresher and makes it smell amazing too! Found at Urban Outfitters and even TJMaxx.
9. BEATS blue tooth ear buds. Need I say more?
10. Portable charger. Because someone's phone always needs a charge.
11. Artistry Illuminating CC Cream with SPF 50 for your face. I love the sun but I love my skin more.
12. USB jump drive- because they are handy and again someone always needs one.
13. See that little notecard...call me crazy but it's my Positive Confession Card. Listed are all things I want to speak and confess over my life. Keeps my brain that runs in overdrive most times, well...focused.
14. A BOOK. Right now A Leader Within by Dale Carnegie. Want a reading tip? Take the number of pages in book, divide by how many days you want it to take to read it and then read that many pages each day. It wasn't the math I needed help with so much...but the thought process of breaking down books to finish them!
15. Notecards- old fashioned again...I'm still a lover of handwritten notes.
16. Light-up lipgloss by Artistry...no girl should live without one.
17. Keep it fresh with gum or mints.
