Are you ready to get healthy while enjoying a beautiful spring afternoon? #HealthyNeighborsFest is back with some of your favorite health and fitness partners! This is the perfect opportunity to get your family out of the house or meet up with a few old friends who are on the road to living a healthier lifestyle.
Did you know studies show that every hour you exercise, two hours are added to your life expectancy? Some of Central PA’s largest health advocates are working to make it easier and more exciting to get fit, get moving, and to know your numbers. What better time to start than now?
This family-friendly event will take place on Saturday, April 13th from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the West Shore Plaza and will feature free fitness workouts, yoga sessions, food tastings giveaways, health screenings, and lots of in-store specials! New this year is a Fitness Park full of workouts for both kids and adults.
