
I don't know about you but I'm ready to turn in sweater weather for tanks and tans. I've complied five quick and easy workouts that you can do on your own, with a partner, at home or the gym. Now is the time to get your sweat on so you can look and feel your best before summer!
Get Fit in 20 Jog in place for 3 mins 50 jumping jacks 15 crunches 10 hip bridges 1 minute step ups 15 reverse crunches 1 minute mountain climber 15 push-ups 1 minute of squats (Approx. 10 minutes to complete circuit once. Perform twice.) Booty Workout 50 squats 30 walking lunges 20 jumping squats 30 side lunges 50 bridges Repeat 3 times.
The Perfect 10: Lean Leg Workout
10 forward lunges
10 plie jumps
10 reverse lunges
10 squat jumps
10 step ups
10 leg lifts
10 single leg bridges
10 leg lifts
10x10 second wall sit (that's 100 seconds)
*For lunges, step ups and leg lifts 10 reps means you do 10 reps on the right and then 10 reps on the left
*Repeat if you dare

If you are unfamiliar with a term, all of these exercises are basic and could be found by searching online for more specifics on technique. Most of the workouts do not require equipment but weights would be helpful for the arm workout. Choose your weight according to you fitness level. All of these workouts can be repeated as many times as necessary in order to FEEL the BURN. Summer is coming and so is your best body!
