Open Enrollment Day for In the Footsteps of Leaders Executive Leadership Program
to
Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center 1195 Baltimore Pike , Gettysburg, Pennsylvania 17325
Since 2007, the Gettysburg Foundation’s In the Footsteps of Leaders Program has become a premier source for clients worldwide who recognize the significance and value of Gettysburg as a definitive tool for professional development. Rather than focusing solely on the military strategy of the battle, the leadership program emphasizes an essential precept of decision-making: the people, their decisions, and the successful or unsuccessful outcomes based on those decisions.
Corporate teams find lessons from the Gettysburg Battlefield are as applicable and relevant to leadership challenges today as they were in 1863. Our Open Enrollment program offers individuals the opportunity to learn these lessons and apply them.
This program includes the following: a ticket to “A New Birth of Freedom” film and Cyclorama experience, snacks, drinks, lunch, leadership instructional program book, Licensed Battlefield Guide fee, on-the-field staff support, bus transportation and a debriefing session in the Ford Motor Company Fund Education Center at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center. For this tour a bus is provided. There are periods of moderate walking on the battlefield across uneven ground.
Participants experience a full day on the Gettysburg battlefield, learn from Gettysburg’s most famous leaders, and are inspired by the courageous actions and decisions of soldiers at every level.
