Susquehanna University Degenstein Center Theater, Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania 17870
Written by Rebecca Lenkiewicz, Her Naked Skin debuted in 2008 as the first original play by a female writer to premier on the Olivier Stage at London’s Royal National Theatre. Set in early 20th century Britain, the play explores the struggle of the suffragette movement. Centered upon a love-affair between two suffragettes, one upper-class, the other working-class, the story lends an emotional and intriguing perspective on early women’s rights movements.
Price: Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for non-Susquehanna students.
