On Saturday, September 27, at 8 pm in Market Square Church the Cleveland Quartet Award winner, Ariel String Quartet and pianist Orion Weiss will open Market Square Concerts’ 2014-15 season with the program dedicated to the 100th anniversary of WW I. The program will explore Germanic and Gallic roots in string quartets by Beethoven and Ravel followed by Ernő Dohnányi’s Piano Quintet No 2 written in 1914.
Tickets are $35, $30 for seniors and $5 for college students. Tickets are free for school-age students and $10 for the accompanying parent or sibling.
