Perfect for beginners. This low impact 45-minute class is for anyone looking to refresh their knowledge of basic strength training exercises or establish a foundation to build upon. Through this introductory class, you will learn proper lifting techniques and basic exercises for each muscle group so that you can confidently work towards your personal fitness goals.
